Therapeutic Results
Coaching isn't therapy, but it is therapeutic. Trust is vitally important in a coaching relationship. The client must feel confident that their coach wants the very best for them, listens keenly to what is and is not being said, and is committed to encouraging the client in skill, talent, and natural ability development.
God's plan for the client is the ultimate goal, and a valuable coach helps their client realize their dreams, while navigating any obstacles in the road along the way.
I started my official entrepreneurial life in 1996, when I got certified as a Personal Trainer. Muscle & Fitness magazine was my go to training manual for tips and tricks for muscle growth in the gym, and I still have a deep love for seeing physical transformations in clients that have grown weak from disuse of their bodies, or from injuries, or from life shimming them away from physical fitness.
Fortunately muscle knows not age, and we can transform our bodies with consistent weight training effort to ensure we remain functionally fit and independent. Confidence grows when we do what we need to do to stay capable, and when we take our well-being seriously.
I admire people that are congruent, which leads me to ask:
-
Do your insides match your outside?
-
Do you feel good about who you are and what you do?
-
If not, changes in attitudes, perspectives, choices and behaviours, may be the ticket to the confidence you long to feel in your skin.

The Benefits of Functional Fitness
Functional fitness optimizes the use of body weight, combined with free weights, to balance front and back, right and left, top and bottom body areas. Symmetry is the goal, along with increased body awareness in time and space, otherwise known as proprioception. Balance and co-ordination increases with every successive training session, and confidence to complete daily tasks efficiently and effectively, increases significantly.
Muscle is the little engine that could, and adding lean calorie burning muscle to the body changes how a person looks, and feels. Our bodies are designed for work ... and in three months, clients see significant changes ... in six months, the wow factor kicks in ... in nine months, you get the picture!

Fun Fact:
Here is a fun fact about me: I study handwriting. How you and I shape and form our letters when we write, can give insight into how we think, and behave too.
Are you emotionally charged, calm, or somewhere in-between?
Are you frank and straightforward when you communicate, closed off, perhaps secretive, a private sort of person, or maybe even sneaky and manipulative?
Do you have visionary goals, or the get-stuff-done-today kind of goals that focus on the here and now?
There is so much we can learn about one another, and I am very curious and enjoy sharing helpful insights, especially when someone is interested in knowing more about themselves!
We all have reasons for what we think and do, and it bodes well for us when we understand our motives and intentions.
You still with me here? Okay then, maybe you have some answers to the questions about calling me and hiring me as your coach. You can call, we can chat, and from there, we can decide together if we are a client/coach match, and book our first coaching session.
Straightforwardness is one of the traits that shows up in my handwriting, and perhaps by now, you will agree that is is true. So I will be straightforward with you now, since this is one of the questions people ask before committing to hiring a coach.
I charge $125 for an hour of coaching.
I charge $1000.00 for ten prepaid coaching sessions.
I don’t believe in discounts, I do believe in commitment. When you commit to working with me, I commit to delivering highly valuable services at reasonable rates ~ we both benefit.
One more thing about me: if I don’t exercise, I get grouchy. I have learned our bodies are made for physical work, and when we don’t move daily, we can get stiff and sore and misshapen inside and out. Personality, along with our ability to effectively communicate with others can become difficult due to feelings of self-consciousness.
